Our products have a 100% warranty against defective products. We ask that you please return the items (with RMA) within 15 days of ship date. If you purchased an item that is defective, we will send the item back to the Manufacture for inspection, repair, and/or replacement. Once the Manufacture replaces the items or refunds us, then we will replace or refund you. If some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and want to return any merchandise it must be returned within 15 days of ship date. All returns MUST have a (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION) or return can not be accepted. In order to accept a refund the item/s must be in the original unopened package. A 25% restock fee will apply. Unfortunately we are unable to accept back any item/s that have been used or dropped. Shipping cost will Not be refunded. Any flag products are non refundable/non returnable; unless item is incorrect or defective. Customer is responsible for inspection of merchandise within 5 days of delivery.
