If you want to return any merchandise we must be notified within 5 days of delivery date. All returns MUST have a (RETURN MERCANDISE AUTHORIZATION) or return can not be accepted. In order to accept a refund the item/s must be in the original unopened package. A 25% restock fee will apply. Unfortunately we are unable to accept back any item/s that have been used or dropped. Shipping cost will Not be refunded. Please contact our office at toll free 888-920-1453 for an RMA. Exception: Any flag products are non refundable/non returnable; unless item is incorrect or defective. Customer is responsible for inspection of merchandise within 5 days of delivery.
Your items will be properly and safely wrapped. Once the item/s have been giving to the carrier and leaves our facilities and out of our possession we are not responsible for breakage, damaged, or loss of merchandise that occurred while in transit. If item/s damaged during transit, please report this to the carrier immediately. Please make an inspection upon arrival and ask the carrier to file a claim if one is needed. We will be happy to assist you with any information and/or to file a claim with the carriers.
The manufacture does have a 100% warranty against defective products. If you purchased an item that is defective, Please send it back to us (with RMA) within 15 days of ship date and we will send the item back to the Manufacture for inspection, repair, and/or replacement. When the Manufacture replaces the items or refunds us, then we will replace or refund you.
